These Terms govern your use of SecDNS. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Last updated: February 2025.
You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to scan any domain or subdomain. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt service availability.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions to Personal Pro, Family, Team, and Business plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Per-seat plans (Team, Business, Enterprise) are billed per active seat at the start of each cycle; pro-rated adjustments apply when you change seat count mid-cycle.
14-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SecDNS for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any new subscription. To request a refund, open your billing settings and click Request refund. We will refund 100% of your most recent payment and cancel the subscription immediately; no questions asked, no support ticket required.
After the 14-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal and will not renew on the next cycle. Partial-period refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion.
SecDNS is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
